Can the health assessment diagnose a health problem?

No. The health assessment is just a general check up of your overall health and wellbeing, we can't diagnose any health conditions or illnesses. If you're having symptoms or think you have an undignosed health condition, you need to see your GP.

Do you do home visits?

Yes we do. We understand that going to a clinic isn't suitable for everybody and we don't think that should be a barrier to health or accessing services

Which areas do you cover for home visits?

We cover Blandford and the surrounding areas. We may be able to go further by arrangement, please contact us to discuss before booking.

If you're not sure if you live in an area we cover, please contact us before booking and we can check for you
