*For smaller lesions (such as skin tags) a follow up appointment is optional. If you’re unsure if you need one, or have questions/concerns, you can email a photo to firststophealth@outlook.com for a free review & then book a follow up if necessary.
For larger lesions, a follow up appointment is recommended about 4 weeks after treatment. The price for a follow up is £15, but will be discounted if a second treatment is needed

1st Stop Health Cancellation & Refund Policy
By booking an appointment with 1st Stop Health, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the following cancellation policy
- A non-refundable booking fee of £15 is payable at time of booking for all appointments and services
- Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is received
- The booking fee will be credited to the cost of the treatment or service once completed, for example:
-If you book a service that costs £45 and you’ve paid a £15 booking fee, your final payment once the service is completed will be £30
-Payment for all services and treatments is due upon completion of the service
- Free consultation non-refundable booking fee:
-While your consultation itself is free, a non-refundable booking fee of £15 is required to reserve your appointment
-This fee helps cover the administrative costs of scheduling and preparing for your consultation
-This fee is credited toward the cost of the treatment if you decide to proceed and have the treatment immediately after your consultation, for example:
-If you book a free consultation and you’ve paid a £15 booking fee, then at the end of the consultation have a treatment that costs £65, your final payment once the treatment is completed will be £50
-If you decide not to proceed with any treatment/service, the booking fee will not be refunded.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call or WhatsApp 07584 788513, or email firststophealth@outlook.com at least 72 hours in advance for clinic appointments, and 48 hours in advance for home visits. Any appointments rescheduled after this time period will require a new booking fee to paid
- Clients may reschedule the same appointment a maximum of 2 times, after that a new booking fee will be required
- If a scheduled appointment is missed without prior notice a new booking fee will need to be paid to book a new appointment
- If you need to cancel or reschedule due to medical emergencies, family emergencies, or severe weather conditions, please call us as soon as possible to discuss options
- We do not offer refunds for any completed services or treatments. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.
- Gift vouchers are available for all treatments & services, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can transfer the Gift to another person, but the vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We cannot accept liability for lost gift vouchers
